ALIA Group Inc. was established in 2003 in Newark, DE, USA by a group of global instrument agents aimed at producing high-performance instruments. Due to the unstable quality of some vendors over the past decades , customers doubt agents because of quality problem. As a result, other objectives, on quality control, offer strict quality management and the best after-sales services to our customers worldwide. Because we used to be agents, we know what customers need.
In July 2005, to deal with globalization, Alia established a branch to mainly train China.It's excellent product design, networking and communication skills as well as planning on marketing and after the system sales in Asia. After two years' efforts, Alia branch in China has completely taken over the relevant services and consultations for Asian agents.
In September 2007, with a rapid growth of the company, President Mr. Otis decided to invest and reorganize "Alia International Inc." as "Alia Group Inc.", the globalization of the group and provide more adequate training and fast after sales services to our agents.
On December 1, 2013, our first center-Indonesia Global Technical Assistance Service Center (PT.ALIA TEKNIK) is set up after the preparations, testing and exchange of three-year opinions of agents or clients since 2010 It is located in Serpong, not only 20 km from Jakarta, but also naturally, from the environment and between the golf area, make you feel more convenient training and communication
