An AI Controller is a unique tool that can bring data processing a step further, down to the end device. It operates deep in the heart of the machine itself to prevent a machine shutdown and to reduce error rates. To demonstrate the capability of an AI controller to react on disturbances, we simulate a filling process on a beverage production line. AI can also be used to make line changeovers very quick and easy, in a few seconds.
