This demonstration is powered by Omron's AI Machine Controller, that operates at the ?Edge? within the machine. It enables both control functions and AI processing in real time, to detect issues early on and to prompt immediate action to resolve them, without stopping the production line. We’ve added additional features to this demonstration, to show how the real data collected can be linked with real events, and to enable learning more about possible errors in the production process.
