This tutorial will demonstrate how to integrate a NORD DRIVESYSTEMS EtherCAT bus interface (e.g. SK TU4-ECT) into a TwinCAT 3 project. It is assumed that the user has a working knowledge of the TwinCAT 3 and NORDCON software. For this guide it is assumed that all wiring and DIP switch configuration has been completed. Virtualisation support of the processor has to be enabled in the bios of your computer (AMD-V or Intel VT-x).
