AMI's Integrated Solutions Group introduces its new generation Valve Repair/ID Bore Cladding System.
This state-of-the-art and Modular Continuous Rotation System for small bore cladding and spiral cladding with Vision and Motorized Wire Manipulator, is capable of welding diameters as small as 55mm (2") and up to 1,6m (63") deep in 2G and 5G configurations.
Features:
- Capable of feeding Stellite and Inconel filler materials
- Articulated torch design for welding bores 55mm (2") to 800mm (31.5").
- Operates in pre-heat environments over 400°F (204°C)
