Equipment for racks and pallet racking
Pallet storage racking can accommodate a wide range of equipment. Composed of beams or side rails of various sections, and uprights, themselves made up of frames and bracing.

Safety equipment:
- Upright protectors: essential to prevent forklift impacts on the bases of the racking. The protectors are independent of the racking. Generally fixed at approximately 7 cm from the upright, they are designed to deform on impact without damaging the uprights. They are suitable for all racking brands (please contact us).
- Aisle end protections: mandatory, they can be made, as desired, from timber beams or metal profiles.
- Rear stoppers: individual stop per pallet, or stop tube per bay for 3 or 4 pallets. Their purpose is to guarantee the 150mm "chimney" between pallets, which is mandatory in sprinklered installations.
Functional equipment:
- Wire mesh decking: allows partial or full coverage of storage levels, to prevent objects from falling onto lower levels, or to set up picking areas on the racks.
- Grating: same function as above. Also ensures safety when storing with forklift passage under the pallet racking.
- Perforated decking: fir decking.
- Solid wooden decking: in raw chipboard, providing a solid level reinforced by crossbeams, for picking, etc.
- Crossbeams: metal crossbeams help guarantee... Container supports: equipment fixed to the side rails to guide the storage of metal containers.
- Retention trays: when storing hazardous products, it is mandatory to ensure that any leakage is collected in retention trays. Standard or custom-made to your requirements (drain plug, etc.)
