The APODIUS Vision System 3D is a combined camera- and laser scanning-based solution dedicated to the portable inspection and analysis of carbon-fibre parts. The system delivers high-definition surface texture and fibre orientation data that can be mapped onto the high-quality digital part models produced by an Absolute Arm mounted with a 3D laser scanner. Innovative analysis and streamlined reporting is provided by the custom-built APODIUS Explorer 3D software platform.
