TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
Fully constructed from electro-galvanised sheet steel with a thickness of 1 to 1,5 mm, cold-formed – Colour Grey RAL7035

External finish in anti-acid epoxy resin and passed through a thermal tunnel at 200°C

Cabinet insulation with high-density rock wool panels and calcium sulphate panels

Internal finishing panels in melamine with high resistance to chemical and aggressive vapours

Structure allowing spare parts to be replaced if necessary

Automatic closing of the doors when the ambient temperature exceeds 50°C

Thermo-expanding insulation seals of 30 mm which, in the event of a temperature rise, ensure a perfect seal of the cabinet, in accordance with standard EN14470-1

Air inlet and outlet openings with certified fire-resistant dampers closing the ducts when the temperature exceeds 70°C in accordance with DIN standard 4102-6.

Provision for ventilation via a Ø 100mm collar for external connection or filtering ventilation system (see chapter on ventilation)

Closing system allowing the doors to be held open in any position and to close automatically when the ambient temperature exceeds 50°C

Anti-spark hinges ensuring perfect door strength

Cabinet equipped for earthing

Levelling feet

Doors lockable with key

3 shelves in painted steel or stainless steel (optional), height-adjustable, 1 retention tray with duckboard

Shelves fixed with aluminium rivets, excluding any risk of sparks

Shelves fire-tested

ISO 3864: Pictogram signage

Certified fire resistant for 90 minutes, in compliance with standard EN14470-1 BVQI (Bureau Vérification Qualité International Veritas)
