Hydraulic retractable bollard
HIGH-STRENGTH STEEL - RAL colour chosen by the project owner (Ral 7016 as standard)
Delivered with a housing, specially designed for alignments starting from 4 bollards.
Simultaneous and uniform raising and lowering of all bollards.
It consists of:
a steel bollard, 16 mm thick, shot-blasted anti-corrosion treatment, zinc metallisation 40µ and epoxy powder coating 40µ
Retroreflective band class 2, width 30 mm, integrated into a chamfered machining to protect against friction.
Chassis entirely in stainless steel, 6 mm thick, dimensions: 42 x 30 x height 99 cm, fitted with a separate compartment, protected from impacts, housing a hydraulic power unit IP 67.
Upper disc in micro-blasted stainless steel with pattern
Reinforced cover in micro-blasted stainless steel, thickness 20 mm, fitted with a replaceable brush seal
Double-acting hydraulic cylinder, fully sealed.
The biodegradable hydraulic fluid used guarantees a low variation in viscosity for temperatures between -30°C and +50°C
Raising / lowering time: 4 to 5 seconds
