Use SOLIDWORKS' sheet metal tools to create patterns for your DIY projects. Look at a couple of examples with fabric and cardboard. Design what you need with overlaps, slots, tabs & seam allowances. The Flatten command brings the magic of properly unfolding to give us a great pattern to bring our projects to life. Using our design library to repeat common shapes helps to speed the process.
