Operation
Height adjustment is carried out by holding down one of the two buttons on the control box.
Used on a dock, they allow the forklift truck to descend into the yard.
Very robust, EURODOCK tables can be used in almost all industrial height-adjustment applications.
Design
The platform is made of thick smooth steel plate (checker plate optional) and reinforced according to the load.
The lift from 800 to 1600 mm depending on the model is ensured by two sets of large-section scissor arms.
The movement is transmitted by two single-acting hydraulic cylinders; four rollers guide the rising and lowering of the table.
The lower frame allows fixing to the ground.
The electro-hydraulic power unit housed under the platform makes it a compact unit.
Safety
EURODOCK equips all its lift tables with the following elements:
Control box powered at 24 V,
Hold-to-run control,
Safety stands,
Parachute valves located at the base of the cylinder,
Peripheral safety frame for lowering.
