EDRT hydraulic dock leveller with telescopic lip

Compliant with the most stringent safety standards, the EDRT ramp is fitted with a telescopic lip.

Operation
A single press of a control button raises the platform. Two other control buttons allow the lip to be extended or retracted at will.
Simply release the button and the ramp lowers until it rests on the truck bed.
This precise positioning of the lip allows the last row of pallets to be loaded with a simple pallet truck without moving the truck.

Design
The chequered steel plate, 6/8 mm thick, is reinforced by longitudinal profiles, which in standard configuration allows it to support a dynamic load of 6000 kg (9 tonnes static)*.

Any tilt of the truck is absorbed by the natural elasticity of the platform (up to 100 mm).
The telescopic lip, reinforced by profiles, is made of 12/14 mm steel plate.
The end is bevelled to fit perfectly against the truck bed.
It is guided by horizontal and vertical rollers.
Operation is ensured by a submerged electro-hydraulic unit for quieter use.
The platform is raised by two single-acting cylinders. The lip movements are driven by a double-acting cylinder. * Higher load capacity available on request.
