The EURODOCK fixed transfer tunnel is a complete assembly comprising a dock leveller and a sealing shelter that can be installed in front of an existing building or as part of a new building in order to optimise construction costs.
They allow significant energy savings.
By moving the loading point outside, the thermal bridges and other air infiltrations caused by the dock leveller are eliminated.
The EURODOCK fixed loading tunnel consists of:
An EURODOCK dock leveller of any size or capacity,
A low structure adapted in steel sections covered with embossed sheet metal and fitted with adjustable feet,
2 lateral pedestrian passages,
A high tubular structure that can be clad with single-skin cladding or insulated panels,
An EURODOCK sealing shelter of 3400 × 3450 mm,
Suitable EURODOCK dock bumpers.
Particularly well designed for refurbishment, the EURODOCK transfer tunnel adapts to the constraints of your existing buildings: herringbone docks, overhanging docks, sloping yards, etc.
Installation requires very little civil engineering work.
