TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
Fully constructed from electro-galvanised steel sheet with a thickness of 1 to 1,5 mm, cold-formed – Grey colour RAL7035

Exterior finish in anti-acid epoxy resin and passage through a thermal tunnel at 200°C

Cabinet insulation with high-density rock wool panels and calcium sulphate panels

Internal finishing panels in melamine with high resistance to chemical and aggressive vapours

Structure allowing spare parts to be replaced if needed

Automatic closing of the doors when the ambient temperature exceeds 50°C

Thermal expansion insulation seals of 30 mm which, in case of temperature rise, ensure perfect sealing of the cabinet, in accordance with standard EN14470-1

Air inlet and outlet openings with certified fire-resistant dampers closing the ducts when the temperature exceeds 70°C in accordance with DIN standard 4102-6.

Ventilation-ready with a Ø 100mm collar for external connection or connection to a filtered ventilation system

Door closing and locking system allowing the doors to be held open and closed automatically when the ambient temperature exceeds 50°C

Anti-spark hinges ensuring perfect door strength

Cabinet equipped for earthing

Levelling feet

Doors lockable with a key

Shelves in painted steel or stainless steel, height-adjustable

Shelves fixed with aluminium or copper rivets, eliminating any spark risk

Shelves fire-tested

Separation by HPL panels, thickness 18 mm, lined with thermal expansion seals (up to 3 compartments possible, and compartmentation can be customised – please contact us)
