Description
Operation
A single press of the one control button raises the platform, then the lip extends.
Simply release the button and the EURODOCK ramp lowers until it rests on the truck bed.
Loading can then begin safely.
Design
The 6/8 mm thick checkered steel platform is reinforced by longitudinal sections, which allows it to support a dynamic load of 6 000 kg (any other load on request).
Any truck tilt is absorbed by the natural flexibility of the platform (up to 100 mm).
The lip, fitted with hinges at a 70 mm pitch and 30 mm pins, is made of 13/15 mm thick checkered steel.
The end is bevelled to fit perfectly onto the truck bed.
Operation is ensured by an electro-hydraulic unit.
The platform is raised by a single-acting cylinder, as is the tilting of the lip.

Committed to ensuring the safety of your transfer, EURODOCK equips all its ramps with the following features:
Ramp stop in any position (emergency stop with reset),
Safety support leg under the platform,
Yellow and black anti-shear safety side guards,
Control box powered by 24 V,
Emergency locking of the cylinder foot.
