IO-Link Expandable I/O hub for M8 Sensors and Actuators

Balluff expanded its I/O hub offering to include M8 Connectivity. The I/O hubs, with 8 or 16 M8 I/O ports, eliminate the need for M12 splitters and additional complexity added by the splitters. With the Balluff expansion port onboard, another input only M8 I/O hub can be connected for building resilient high density I/O architecture for M8 sensors and actuators. These M8 hubs boast IP67 protection rating and 330mA output signal per channel.
