ITMA ASIA 2018

Oerlikon underlined its innovation leadership at ITMA ASIA + CITME 2018, Shanghai, from October 15 to 19, the world’s biggest textile machinery exhibition. Under the motto, ?From Melt to Yarn, Fibers and Nonwovens – Bring it to Life?, Oerlikon Barmag and Oerlikon Neumag presented their innovative digital yarn factory 4.0 solutions with the new artificial intelligence manufacturing software ?AIM4DTY?, their Plant Operation Software POC and PCS, their Service Online App as well as virtual and augmented reality solutions. First time shown at the exhibition the new wiping robot as part of an automated filament yarn factory. Oerlikon Neumag also premiered the new Staple FORCE S1100.
