A patented digital projection unit with mechanical zoom enables a part coverage of up to 800 mm. Four cameras provide a total of 80 Megapixels for extreme precision and allow for six different volumes. Resolution can be adjusted on-demand in less than three seconds without additional tools or recalibration.
The extremely reduced setup time and calibration intervals enable swift deployment, minimise downtime and immensely enhance productivity. Smart workflows are also supported by semi-automation with turntables or turn-tilt units. Through native SDK and macros to fit customers' individual needs, SmartScan VR800 is automation ready.
