The e-smart is part of a new generation of equipment with embedded intelligence. The marking head is easy to install, like a Plug and Play system. Once the software is installed on the PC, creating marking files takes just a few clicks, and the files can be loaded into the machine in a few seconds. Marking files can also be loaded via USB key.
The e-smart marking system marks all types of parts using micro electromagnetic percussion technology. This process ensures reliable, permanent marking directly into the material. The label (text, logo, 2D Data Matrix code) is defined by a succession of dots made by a tungsten carbide stylus mounted in an electromagnetic percussion assembly. The stylus movement is performed by stepper motors and managed by an electronic controller.
Its robust mechanics are protected by a leather bellows, designed to withstand splashes of cutting oil and other metal particles. It enables very fast, permanent marking on all types of material, from plastic to steel hardened to 62 HRC. Its ease of use will appeal to you for marking parts of various shapes and with different surface finishes and materials.
