The Ready portable marking system is the result of a partnership between a German manufacturer and a French manufacturer. Long experience in manufacturing portable marking systems and an in-depth knowledge of customer requirements and of the industrial marking market have been consistently integrated into the design, making this portable device a professional partner of choice for your operators.
Core technology
This marking machine is a high-quality design with high-precision mechanics thanks to the X/Y cross-movement table, for markings of consistent quality and depth. The robustness of the one-piece glass-fibre-reinforced plastic support and of the support foot provides great mechanical rigidity.
100% mobile marking
This equipment is designed for single-unit or small-batch marking on parts of all sizes. Easy to carry thanks to its storage case and light weight, your operator can move easily around your workshop, in particular to mark heavy and bulky components without moving them. This freedom of movement is also enabled by its removable handle and its 100% battery power supply (lithium-ion 18V) and spare battery.
Fast and intuitive navigation
The Ready micro-percussion marking machine is equipped with clear, intuitive software running on the latest processor technology. Available in many language versions, it allows many types of marking to be produced, such as time, date, automatic incrementing, as well as logos and Datamatrix codes as an option. It also offers a marking preview function, which helps prevent errors.
Permanent and tamper-proof marking
This equipment produces permanent and tamper-proof markings on almost all materials, from plastic to hardened steel (63 HRC). These remain visible even after surface treatment.
