Hemispherical stylus application

Need to inspect a deep feature or rough surface? Our hemispherical styli have large effective ball diameters and minimal weight. Ceramic hemispherical styli can be used with our range of thermo stable carbon fibre extensions to create added length to measure deep features and bores. These high accuracy styli have large effective ball diameters with minimal weight. Probing with such large ball diameters can average out the effects of a very rough surface.
