Description
For small businesses, we offer quality manual press brakes that can be mounted on a workbench, the perfect tool for sheet metal, boilermaking and locksmith workshops.
We offer a wide range of vertical hydraulic press brakes in very different sizes and tonnages. Our press brakes are equipped with CNC or computer numerical control, featuring a positioning encoder for the perfect position of the upper blade. The controller offers multiple high position detection points and multiple bending angles per program. All models are delivered as standard with a light curtain safety barrier and standard production tooling. These press brakes offer exceptional quality and a very high finish for the end user.
The BAILEIGH horizontal hydraulic press brake is the perfect complement to any manufacturing workshop where traditional press brakes are used. The advantage of this machine is that it can bend small parts. As these parts lie flat on the table, bending is always done square. Try bending a part 30 mm wide by 1 meter long perpendicular to the axis on a traditional machine: it is almost impossible to make it truly square; moreover, you tie up a large machine that should be used for larger parts. Thus, the press brake is perfect for any part up to approximately 200 mm and of any length.
