The BAILEIGH Industrial plate rolling machine range includes this small yet very powerful hydraulic plate rolling machine PR-510 with a rolling capacity of mild steel plate of 3,5 mm across its full useful width of 1524 mm. The hydraulic plate rolling machine PR-510 has rollers with a diameter of 121 mm that are induction hardened. The hardened rollers together with the very rigid frame made of spheroidal cast iron eliminate any possibility of roller deformation across their entire useful width, even at maximum thickness capacity.

This plate rolling machine is considered a single pressure roller machine, but it should be noted that the positioning of the rear roller is motorized. For good repeatability, the position is displayed on a digital readout.
