AGME hydraulic presses range from 5 tonnes to 60 tonnes of thrust and are ideal for operations requiring high thrust power, when pneumatic power is no longer sufficient.
The applications of these assembly presses are universal. You can assemble, mark, crimp, punch, stamp, deform, etc. They are designed for stand-alone use at workstations or integrated into automatic lines.
Each press is equipped with its own hydraulic power unit with adjustable pressure and a height-adjustable cylinder. All processes (working time, program memories and operating mode) are controlled and supervised by a PLC housed in a cabinet integrated into the machine.
We have two ranges of hydraulic assembly presses: the mini press range with a force of 5T to 10T, and the higher-capacity press range at 15T.
