Industrial sectional door designed for all construction site situations. It is the solution to your architectural constraints.
The different types of closures allow passage above an overhead crane or an obstacle, with minimum interior clearance.
It is available as standard in Ral colours 9006, 9002, 1015, 7016, 9016, or on request across the entire Ral range, with a high-resistance Silkgrain varnished protection.
The door features a cable and spring anti-break safety system, fitted as standard. The accessories (hinges, carriage, etc.) have been designed exclusively for JAVEY products. The springs benefit from a special treatment that provides better resistance over time.
Wind resistance class: 2 to 5.
Temperature -30 to +50 °C
Air permeability: class 2
Water penetration resistance: class 3 under 150pa

Its glazed sections let in maximum light and are highly appreciated in garages and mechanical workshops.
The filling of the sections, as well as the panel colours, allow a very wide architectural expression.
The glazed parts are made of aluminium tubular profiles specially designed for this type of equipment, with infill in plexiglass 3, double plexiglass 3+10+3, unbreakable Lexan 3 mm or unbreakable triple-wall polycarbonate (translucent white, transparent blue fluted or transparent bronze smoked). The frame of the aluminium sections is made up of 5 profiles forming a very rigid assembly. The uprights are spaced at a maximum of 1300.
Possibility of an integrated or independent wicket door, matching the door.
