Our partners in Russia recently took the Leica Absolute Tracker ATS600 on the road to perform a vital alignment task at the RATAN-600 in Zelenchukskaya – the world's largest single-dish aperture radio telescope. The direct scanning capabilities of the ATS600 laser tracker made scanning the surface of the main mirror easier than ever before, while the ultra-large-volume Leica Absolute Tracker AT403 was used in conjunction to establish a reference network.
