The controller offers multiple high position detection positions and multiple bending angles per program. The BAILEIGH horizontal hydraulic press brake is the perfect complement to any manufacturing workshop where traditional press brakes are used. The advantage of this machine is that it can bend small parts. Since these parts lie flat on the table, bending is always done square. Try bending a part 30 mm wide by 1 meters long perpendicularly on a traditional machine: it is almost impossible to make it truly square; moreover, you tie up a large machine that should be used for larger parts. Thus, the press brake is perfect for any part up to about 200 mm and of any length.
