The mold for the Hella Light is initially created using our MILL P 500 U with excellent surface finish at high speed and accuracy. Then the mold is perfected precisely within the CUT P 550 Pro with higher cutting speeds along with low running costs. Laser texturing using the LASER P 400 U along the mold surface transforms the way the light behaves to one that is more functional for the customer. All of these machines are integrated seamlessly using our Tooling & Automation solutions!
