Material
Made of a PVC frame 1 mm. At each fold, the covering fabric can be coated on one side or both sides, the support can be PE, fiberglass, aramid, leather; the lining is in PVC, PU, nitrile, Viton, silicone, antistatic, MO or M1, cleanroom in compliance with the specifications.
Guiding
Each intermediate PVC frame is cut to 1/10éme mm and adapted to each element to be protected. In some cases, slide pads can be added to improve sliding.
Custom design
We can study all kinds of mountings (flanges, clamps, Velcro, screws...)
Internal guides or retaining pads as well as metal rings can be considered when the bellows is very long and risks rubbing on the component to be protected. They are particularly recommended for horizontal mounting, especially on ball screws.
Mounting
Some fabrics are heat-sealable and mounting is done by high-frequency welding; otherwise mounting is done by sewing (high-temperature PTFE thread) or gluing.
