The ZIP range is the most extensive of the SmartScope ranges.
Designed and built on a mechanical base that ensures great rigidity, SmartScope ZIP machines are fully automatic. Motorized zoom optics allow different magnifications to be used within a single program. Zoom positions and lighting are stored and automatically reproduced for subsequent parts.
The full-field video processor and auto-focus allow precise, repeatable non-contact measurements in both XY and Z, including height measurements.
Features are detected full-field at multiple points, with automatic elimination of outlier points.
