Description
Vertical test bench with controlled clamping pressure. The clamping force is automatically adapted to the internal pressure of the valve. It features a hydraulic actuator at 90º that moves the valve according to the test steps.
Gas leakage measurement according to DIN 12266-1 is carried out thanks to a high-resolution differential pressure sensor. A mobile platform makes loading the valve very easy. The bench is also equipped with a mobile vertical guard. An electronic PLC controls all test operations, and the operator can set the test sequence via the LCD terminal.
