U-shaped frame folded with a fold along the axis for the guide profile, in 25/10e sheet metal.
Wall-mounted bearing support plates in 60/10e sheet metal.
Wall-mounted bearings with four holes Ø 25.
Feet in square-section tube of 40x40 mm (with levelling jacks as standard).
Fixed side rails in 25/10e sheet metal with polyamide sealing pieces of thickness 8 mm.
Drive
Gear motor installed at the shaft end with its torque arm, with optional protective casing.
Gear motor position: right or left.
Cold-coated drive drum Ø 128 mm, shouldered shaft and standard keyway.
Return drum in polyamide Ø 120 mm mounted on a shaft Ø 25, rigid steel ball bearings.
Inflection rollers in polyamide Ø 100 mm mounted on rigid ball bearings.
Support rollers in polyamide Ø 50 mm mounted on rigid ball bearings.
Conveyor belt: to be selected from our range with guide profile K10 fitted along the axis.
PU or PVC belts, green, white, blue.
PU or PVC cleats, green, white, blue (30, 40, 50, 60 or 80mm). The cleat pitch must be specified.
