Stainless steel with full shot-blasting (all stainless steel available as an option to integrate the bearings).
Structure
U-shaped folded frame with 2 folds for the guide profiles, in 30/10e sheet metal.
Wall-mounted bearing support plates in 60/10e sheet metal.
Wall-mounted bearings with four Ø 30 holes.
Feet in square tube of 40x40 mm (with levelling jacks as standard).
Side guards available as an option.
Drive
Gear motor mounted on the shaft end with its torque arm, with protective cover available as an option.
Gear motor position: right or left.
Cold-coated drive drum of Ø 120 mm, shouldered shaft and standard keyway.
Return drum of Ø 114 mm mounted on a Ø 30 shaft, rigid steel ball bearings.
Belt guide rollers in PVC of Ø 50 mm, threaded shafts.
Conveyor belt: to be selected from our range with 2 guide profiles K13.
PU or PVC belts, green, white, blue.
