BEKOMAT i4.0, new connected compressed air condensate drains

The BEKOMAT i4.0 condensate drains from BEKO TECHNOLOGIES remove condensate from the compressed air network using a drain system with electronic level control. The intelligent electronics prevent compressed air losses while limiting energy consumption. As the world leader in condensate drain systems, with more than 5 million units already installed worldwide, BEKO TECHNOLOGIES is presenting the BEKOMAT i4.0, the new and first generation of connected condensate drains, specially designed for the digital world.

This advanced version fully meets the requirements placed on IIoT systems (the Industrial Internet of Things 4.0), in particular networking, remote monitoring, flexibility and the ability to adapt to all future developments. With the BEKOMAT i4.0, relevant information such as the current status of the drains or the time remaining until the next maintenance intervention can be monitored and tracked reliably and centrally. Process reliability is thus increased and maintenance work can be planned even more efficiently.

The BEKOMAT i4.0 drain is therefore particularly well suited to customers whose various installations are already interconnected at production level, where predictive maintenance is in place, or to companies that wish to integrate it as an OEM product into their own installations for greater transparency and process reliability.

Overview and benefits of the BEKOMAT i4.0

- Forward-looking synergy between proven condensate drainage and innovative digital transformation
- Remote device monitoring for increased process reliability
- Practical implementation – easy installation thanks to the Daisy Chain topology
- Available in different design variants to cover every case and every capacity
- Standard digital features (high-level connectivity and communication, connection to the RS485 interfaces in place in control rooms or on suitable compressors, filters or dryers, fully automatic operation and monitoring.
- Easy installation and low maintenance (great connection flexibility, individual connection or Daisy Chain topology, with a single cable for data exchange and power supply).
- Easy maintenance (transmission of relevant information enabling the maintenance service to react quickly and efficiently).
- No compressed air loss during drainage (low operating costs).
- High reliability (long service life, insensitive to dirt and robust, no emulsion formation thanks to the use of large cross-section valves, no moving mechanical parts exposed to the risk of malfunction).
