BUCCI Industries: Kitagawa and Algra machine peripherals for aeronautical machining
Thursday, October 15, 2015Description :
BUCCI Industries France at SIANE 2015: The Kitagawa and Algra machine peripherals for aeronautical machining.

BUCCI Industries France participates in the next SIANE fair, which will take place from 20 to 22 October 2015 at the Parc des Expositions in Toulouse, Hall 6 stand V21-V29. Known and recognized for its activity of loading bars (diameter 1 to 100mm) with IEMCA, the Value Added Supplier will present, to the industrialists of the south-west, its solutions peripherals machines for machining Kitagawa and Algra. These solutions are perfectly adapted to the economic activity of the region, particularly in the aeronautics sector.

THE NEW KITAGAWA RK200LA DIVIDER PLATE FOR REDUCING MANUFACTURING TIMES

The SIANE trade fair will be an opportunity for manufacturers in the south-west to discover the Kitagawa range of dividing plates, allowing an additional axis to be added to a machining center. The new Kitagawa RK200LA divider plate, designed specifically for aeronautical machining, is an evolution of the RK200 model. It benefits from a new system of drive with cams and bearings. This results in a very rapid indexing time and, consequently, shorter manufacturing times.

Other Kitagawa materials presented at the SIANE show include the TP530 divider plate, perfectly suited to large parts, especially for aeronautics. Particularly compact and with a low axle height, this equipment allows the machining of large parts on machining centers of smaller size than those usually used. Manufacturers also gain in precision and can machine heavier parts. The clamping force of the TP530 is 6100 N / m.

Finally, Kitagawa QJR chucks, suitable for small, medium and large series, will also be exhibited on the stand. The jaw changing time is ULTRA fast and they are compatible with the series B and BB chucks.

ALGRA TOOL HOLDERS, RIGIDITY, QUALITY AND HIGH PRECISION IN MACHINING

Under the sign of rigidity, quality and high precision in machining, BUCCI Industries France presents the tool holders of the Italian manufacturer ALGRA at SIANE 2015. With a single piece body or in only two parts, these tool holders benefit from high rigidity and vibration absorption during machining. Because of their quality and precision, they are able to collect very large pairs. Moreover, thanks to a patented special seal, they do not require lubrication.

A PALLET OF MACHINING-RELATED TECHNOLOGIES

At the next SIANE fair, BUCCI Industries France and its partners will discover a whole range of technologies related to machining. EMCI (calibration and maintenance of production tools), Emuge-Franken (advanced technologies in tapping, drilling, calibration, clamping and milling), DMC (maintenance and troubleshooting of machine tools and industrial machines ), Novaxess Technology and Zeiss (industrial metrology) will co-exhibit with BUCCI Industries France.
