At the SIMODEC fair, the world's No. 1 bar feeder will exhibit the IEMCA Master 80 HF UP HD (Heavy Duty) model. Presented at the world's forefront at EMO Milano 2015, this automatic bar feeder for diameters from 8 to 80mm is ideal for applications on fixed head towers for bars between 1500 and 6300m long. What characterizes it is, above all, great rigidity and, consequently, the absence of vibrations.
Another presentation in Avant-1ère française, the evolution of the IEMCA Elite 112 Soft Touch bar feeder that benefits from a reduced size in width. This bar feeder aims to become the market standard for the machining of bars from 0.8 to 12.7mm in diameter. It is capable of machining bars at more than 20,000 rpm without vibrations.
A Boss range feeder will also be on display. This series has more than 30,000 units worldwide. It is the result of more than 20 years of history, continuous improvement and attention to detail.
Visitors will also be able to discover new rotating tool holders developed by the Italian manufacturer ALGRA for the recent Smart range of the machine tool manufacturer MAZAK.
