Description
The new Captair Flow range of enclosures is designed to protect the products contained inside the enclosure.
Equipped with Flex technology, their modular filtration column consists of a HEPA H14 filter that ensures a filtration efficiency of 99,995% for particles larger than 0,1 micron (according to the MPPS method of standard EN 1822-1).
Adding a carbon filter upstream of the ventilation module protects the enclosure volume from gaseous pollutants present in the ambient air.
The ultra-clean air entering the enclosure is of ISO 5 quality (EN ISO 14644 standard), which corresponds to the American class 100 (i.e. fewer than 100 particles per pieds3 > 0,5 ?m) and to classes A and B of the GMP guide published by the European Union pharmaceutical industry.
The elements located inside the enclosure are therefore protected against any external contamination.
