DPA Industrial: Large-scale, high-accuracy, shop-floor photogrammetry

The DPA Industrial photogrammetry solution allows for the fast and straight-forward inspection of large workpieces in challenging shop-floor conditions with no need to sacrifice accuracy performance. We visited Hexagon customer Stäubli, a global provider of mechatronic solutions, to see how they use our DPA Industrial solution to easily measure large structures on the shop floor. Dedicated adaptors and targets make feature measurement and alignment simple, while the pared down interface of the industrial-proofed C1 Camera allows for full operation with minimum training. The addition of high-speed WiFi performance means measurement can begin immediately within the software, even while measurement is ongoing.
