2023.1 Release includes
• Brand-new Execution Manager with Nexus look & feel, providing simplified program execution workflows both in automatic and manual modes, and enhancing the operator experience running programs in PRESTO or any other automated cells.
• Extensive PolyWorks integration, including reference points, boundary scanning, and metadata management, enabling all complex scenarios required by customers using PolyWorks as a metrology application.
• Automatic Program Adjustment, allowing to automatically adapt programs created for the digital twin to the real cell without the need to adjust them manually.
202321 Release includes
• AS1 programmatic checks and alignments in RA, providing the capability to create RA programs to check the AS1 functionality and performing the necessary alignment to have the AS1 correctly aligned.
• AS1 scanning extension integration, allowing to scan in areas which are not reachable by standard AS1 such as part cavities or the interior of a BIW.
• AS1 XL integration, allowing to take advantage of the larger standoff provided by AS1 XL to scan parts from a further distance.
• New translations for EN, ES, DE, FR, IT, CS, ZH
• Full support for Fanuc CRX-10iA/L collaborative robot
• Improved management of CAD files and support for CATIA v5
• Improved interface with PLC and KUKA robots
• Improved path planning for cells with movable slider on external axes
