Its intelligent drive concept optimises handling, sorting and storage of goods up to 750 kg. The electromechanical automatic coupling device and the manual drawbar coupling offer multiple and flexible uses.
- Effortless load movement: The LEO drive concept is based on the proven sensor technology of the touch2move range, enabling continuous adjustment and control of travel speed. The equipment automatically adapts to the operator's walking pace (speed range 0-6 km/h) and "follows" the operator's natural movements through simple contact with the handles fitted with sensors.
- Intelligent software: It allows pushing or pulling with both hands (but also, at any time, with one hand only), to hitch, manoeuvre or move a load carrier to a precise location simply, accurately, quickly and ergonomically.
- Two ergonomic handles fitted with sensors: Very simple and safe operation thanks to the capacitive hand detection system (gripping the handle releases the drive, braking is triggered when the handle is released). Each handle includes multi-colour LED indicators showing battery charge status and warning messages. It also integrates an acoustic warning device, the Up/Down buttons and the emergency stop button.
- Maintenance-free AGM technology batteries
- Electronic chargers fitted with electronic monitoring of charging current prevent any battery overcharging
- Quick battery replacement system for longer operating time and greater flexibility in multi-shift operation.
- AC motors on wheel hub (two power options) and polyurethane or Vulkollan tyre set.
- Two braking systems provide enhanced safety: a service brake via the electric motor and an additional electromagnetically controlled parking brake (brake applies automatically when the handle is released).
