- BalanceLift lifting cylinder: Possible lifting stroke from 0,3 m to 4 m. Depending on site characteristics, horizontal or vertical suspension is possible.
- Payload up to 300 kg depending on model. Pneumatic power: operating solely on compressed air (no electric current), it can therefore be integrated into various explosive zones. Compressed air is only used when lifting is actually taking place, which keeps operating costs very low.
- Spiral hose: Compressed air is fed into the gripping unit through the spiral hose. This technique allows comfortable and ergonomic handling of loads.
- "Vario" control model: Control with "Up/Down" buttons on the gripping unit is suited to different types of loads (no weight preset required). Depending on the application/accessory, you will also use other switches, such as "Vacuum on/off" or the pneumatic "Clamp/release" control buttons.
- "Balancer" control model: for intuitive, button-free handling of a specific standard load. On this model, the control unit is preset to the weight of the load to be handled. Depending on the application/accessory, you will also use other switches, such as "Vacuum on/off" or the pneumatic "Clamp/release" control buttons.
- Anti-drop safety function: This prevents the lifting/handling device from swinging upward if its load becomes detached.
- Load cable with shackle: Sheathed in PVC, the load cable controls the lifting movement. It offers high mechanical strength and is abrasion-resistant. The cable-guiding shackle prevents the load cable from twisting.
- Suspension: The BalanceLift unit can be mounted on the following support systems: rail system (BalanceRail), mobile crane (BalanceStand), aluminium support system (BalancePort), wall-mounted/column-mounted swivel jib, or on the customer's existing installations.
- Gripping accessories: Designed on a case-by-case basis according to customer needs. To meet the wide variety of maintenance operations, mechanical, magnetic, pneumatically operated and vacuum-based gripping tools are available. Equipped with vacuum suction cups, the gripper can, for example, quickly and safely grasp various surfaces (such as cardboard boxes, metal plates, wood, gas cylinders, etc.)
Standards and directives: Manufactured in accordance with the 2006/42/CE Machinery Directive, CE compliant, ESD protection where required in accordance with standard VDE DIN EN 61340, and can be integrated into various explosive zones.
