Site staff may undertake the inspection themselves.
Simply dismount the top of the screw head, a very simple operation that requires no tools. This greatly reduces downtime, improving the availability and productivity of the site.
Non-Contact Hysteresis Technology
With the ROBA® screw head, the hysteresis technology ensures, on the one hand, non-contact torque transmissions and thus wear-free, and on the other hand generates no impact and very little vibration, which preserves the duration Life of the site.
These screw heads are also equipped with a high precision of torque repetition: +/- 2%. With their constant, non-impacting screwing torques, they are the ideal choice for screwing plastic plugs with preformed pitch.
They are better suited for this task than permanent magnet couplings with intermittent friction, which tend to "hammer" the plugs, making them subsequently difficult to open.
