Very compact, this new KNF membrane pump has been developed to allow precise dosing of very aggressive or corrosive liquids in the laboratory
The new SIMDOS® 02 FT (all PTFE) is specially adapted for aggressive chemicals. This laboratory membrane pump has been equipped with a PTFE head, a membrane covered with PTFE and valves made of FFKM Kalrez®. An optional kit of Chemraz® valves makes it resistant to concentrated acids such as nitric, sulfuric or hydrochloric acid, solvents such as TFH, DMF, DMSO, MEK and aggressive chemical compounds. The pump head is located outside the casing which is an additional safety factor.
Also available with a polypropylene and PVDF head, the new SIMDOS® 02 transfers liquids from 30 ?l / min to 20 ml / min and volumes from 30 ?l to 999 ml.
After calibration, the repeatability is +/- 1% (nominal volume) and the pump provides excellent long-term stability. It is able to run dry and has a suction height of 2m. It can operate up to a back pressure of 6 bar and transfer liquids with a viscosity of 150 centistokes.
The integrated software makes it possible to modify the parameters to adapt to different viscosities or volatile fluids. Thanks to its design and small footprint, this SIMDOS® 02 pump takes up very little space on the bench.
