EOMAT PRO from Parker, a machine for assembling DIN fittings and fittings
Friday, November 14, 2014Description :
This new machine, designed by Parker, is designed to assemble the E0-2 and progressive ring connectors according to DIN EN ISO 8483-1 (DIN 2353) in a few gestures on tubes made of common materials (steel, stainless steel, copper and polyamide)

Excluding any assembly error, this new machine gives the full measure of its performance in mass production.

The EOMAT PRO operates silently at high speeds and its compact head assembly is suitable for elbows with small radii of curvature and complex configurations.

It comes in two versions: the EOMAT PRO22 quick model for diameters up to 20-S / 22L and the more powerful EOMAT PRO42 for all diameters up to 38-S / 42-L.

EOMAT PRO offers the user several assembly options in automatic and manual mode.

In automatic mode, the adjustment parameters are read directly from the tool. Indeed, this one integrates an electronic chip that acts as a transponder. Consequently, the operator can not modify the parameters in this mode, thus avoiding assembly errors due to incorrect machine settings or incorrect recognition of the tool. For special applications, the machine can operate in manual mode with conventional pressure control. In this mode, the assembly pressure is set on the display.

The unit incorporates an automatic error detection option during serial production. The operator first determines the ideal setting parameters and the assembly limits for the pipe and fitting. These customer-specific settings are saved in a special programmable chip tool. The machine then imports these specifically defined assembly parameters and starts the production. Any variation from the parameterized values ??triggers the display of an error message. By this method, the errors typically encountered during assembly such as "displacement of the ring" or "end of the incorrectly positioned tube" are easily avoided.
