This M-410iB / 700 palletizing robot supports up to 700 kg of on-board load at a rate of 700 cycles / hour!
This latest robot completes the range of FANUC palletizing robots, already equipped with 6 different models adapted to all types of applications.
While being able to carry 700 kg of load, it is no less as fast as the previous model, with a cycle time of 700 cycles / hour. The "onboard load / weight" ratio of 1.4 allows faster movements and thus productivity. This palletizing robot weighs 2,700 kg, and is much lighter than its counterparts on the market.
Wrist speed (up to 120 ° / s) enhances the speed performance of the M 410iB / 700. The palletizing robot has an inertia of 490 kg / m², the best performance in its class. Its wrist is hollow like the other references of the range and with a diameter of 60mm.
Fully expanded, it has an envelope of 3.134 mm and is capable of covering a cubic volume of 1,600 mm x 1,600 mm x 2,100 mm. The length of the robot arm has been optimized to cover a maximum rectangular space. Its controller is located at the base of the robot and thus occupies no additional floor space.
By multiplying its maximum cadence with its maximum load, it can be seen that this Goliath of palletizing robots is capable of moving 490 tons per hour according to a U-shaped cycle of 400x2000x400mm. Such a fast cycle time associated with such on-board load is precisely what the manufacturers of bricks, tiles and other ceramic and concrete products wanted, just like the operators of the bottling plants.
The M 410iB / 700 will be presented at the "EMBALLAGE 2008" exhibition in Paris Nord Villepinte from November 17th to 21st, 2008, on our hall 5a allée D n ° 96.
