SSAB launches Strenx, a new high-strength steel construction brand that offers the widest range of high-strength steels on the market. This brand opens up new prospects for customers, enabling them to produce more resistant, lighter and more durable products.

Strenx is designed for industries in which weight saving and structural strength are key competitive factors. These include the transportation, handling and lifting sectors. Strenx is also ideally suited to agricultural machinery, heavy mobile machinery chassis, rolling stock, offshore and construction applications. Customers can now design more sustainable and competitive products: cranes with larger spans, trailers with higher load capacity and trucks that consume less fuel.
