Saturday, January 3, 2015Description :
Valk Welding unveils the new Panasonic TM Series robot and announces its official launch at the Soudure Institute on March 12, 2015 in Yutz. The new generation of very fast welding robots.

Valk Welding today announced the launch of the new Panasonic TM series robot on the French market. This new generation of robots, the latest from Panasonic Welding, is characterized by its many advantages and its various possibilities for use in arc welding. This new TM series robot is a major technological breakthrough in arc welding due to its much higher travel, acceleration and deceleration speeds.

The new welding robot has already been successfully used in several European countries and was presented last October to an interested public of experts. At the Euroblech Show in Hanover, Germany.

By applying the latest technologies to the control of the measuring system, the robot has a better precision in these trajectories. The speed of movement of the three main axes of the robot has increased by 22%, which considerably reduces the cycle time in many areas.

Thanks to this robot, it is now possible to feed the wire via the hollow robot arm or by a hybrid application: the supply and water cables are guided through the hollow shaft, but the wire supply Goes to the outside and this, to achieve a superior wire feed.

The new TM series shows some other improvements. It has its own cable management which ensures that the cabling of the robot is much more flexible. The wire supply can also be carried out centrally by the first axis of the robot, which ensures the absence of cables outside the robots.

The TM series is functional with the G3, WG3 and WGH3 series. The G3 series is fully suitable for welding with an external power source. The WG3 series includes an integrated 350 amp power source. Finally, the WGH3 series is equipped with an integrated power source of 450 Amps.

The range of this new TM series contains the TM-1400 and TM-1800 robots. These new robots adapt easily to the increasing demands of customers by increasing productivity and reducing production costs with better quality welding.

Valk Welding France will officially launch the new TM series robot at the Welding Institute in Yutz on 12 March 2015 in the presence of Panasonic Welding. This launch will be followed by a technical day on the topic of robotics. All the manufacturers of the region are invited to this event.
