"Laser Solution F-SERIES" Fiber Marking Laser
Friday, May 22, 2015Description :
Even faster and more powerful, these fiber lasers facilitate integration on production lines and communicate natively with industrial automation and networks.

Available in a wide range of power (from 10 to 50W), the Laser Solution F-Series allows direct and permanent identification of a wide variety of parts and materials (plastics, metals, ceramics etc.). From surface marking to deep engraving, Lasertrace software allows you to precisely set the machine and optimize the marking result for each application. New innovative functions offer the possibility to realize 1D and 2D codes of an exceptional quality guaranteeing an unfailing proofreading.

The marking head is very compact in size, adapted to industrial constraints: reduced spaces, extreme conditions of vibration and temperature, the head is robust and protected from dust or other projections (class IP54). The integration of the solution does not require additional filtration or enclosure and is not afraid of electromagnetic disturbances.

The new electronics natively offers all communication tools allowing a continuous and instantaneous exchange with the different workstations integrated in the production chain. Dedicated and generic inputs / outputs, Ethernet TCP / IP, PROFINET, RS232, USB, the possibilities of configuration, control and data recording are the most advanced and allow its long-range control.

A control panel with integrated HMI displays the current operations and provides a self-diagnosis capability: machine status, event history, backup files and maintenance messages are accessible in real time.

This range Laser Fiber is available in 3 powers:

-10 W for the TF410: economical and very efficient solution

-20 W for the TF420: versatile and high performance

-30 W for the TF430: excels in speed and contrast

-50 W for the TF450: Ideal for deep and fast marking
