Description
Horizontal valve test bench with combined clamping. Test bench with combined clamping: internal radial clamping + pressure clamping system. The mobile reaction bridge moves along a screw column, ensuring the complete absence of external forces on the valve body, and a hydraulic cylinder can perform pressure clamping with or without proportional control.
This feature makes it compliant with international testing standards. there is a space of 600 mm for the actuator. The unit is also equipped with a panel for the pneumatic and electrical control of the actuators. At the lower part, a tank is installed as a water reservoir for testing procedures. The bench is controlled by an electronic PLC and LCD touch screen. Test data can be printed directly by a thermal printer or downloaded via a (standard) connection to a computer running Windows using TestREC software 5.4
