After the success of the L Box, SIC Marking proposes a new marking station established, the XL-Box. As the name suggests, this new laser is positioned as the flagship of the range with superior equipment and dimensions.

XL Box has been designed to increase the productivity on the stations dedicated to the marking and the traceability of the components. It is equipped with a Ytterbium-doped fiber laser source that allows clear or deep marking of alphanumeric codes, bar codes and 2D Datamatrix codes on all metals and plastics. In this way, high-contrast markings (readable by the naked eye or by re-reading cameras) are obtained in a few hundredths of a second.

XL Box works with a laptop (connected in USB) and SIC LASER PC software that runs under Windows environment. The original software provides multiple solutions for configuring marking, while maintaining ergonomics and an easy-to-use interface.

XL Box will allow users to work comfortably to load / unload parts. It has significant internal dimensions, with a working space of 550 x 550 mm, while maintaining a suitable outdoor template with only 653 mm wide.

Large pieces can be marked (up to 370 mm high) with a grooved table and threads to facilitate attachment of parts.

To be even more efficient, XL Box is equipped with a secured door that closes automatically at the start of the marking cycle (pneumatic) and opens at the end of the cycle. Z-axis adjustments are made instinctively thanks to its motorized digital system with a stroke of 235 mm. With the additional help of 2 red pointers, the focus on the part is very easy.
